Celebrating the dance music of the most cherished period of popular music "The Swing Era" continues to be what the Canadian Big Band Celebration is all about. However, the amazing popularity of dancing in lakeside dance pavilions as styles of music evolved from the 1920's to the 1960's is a rich heritage we all share.
